Latitude + longitude notation converter
Same angles.
A clearer note.
Move one known coordinate pair between signed decimal degrees and degrees, minutes and seconds. Keep the hemisphere, exact angle and display rounding visible. Every calculation runs locally.

Notation conversion leaves datum, reference frame, epoch and measurement accuracy unchanged or unspecified. Zero N/S or E/W tags describe notation at the same zero angle; ±180° longitude labels the same antimeridian.
One known geographic pair, entered separately. No GPS or geolocation access, maps, coordinate API, file upload, datum or projection transformation, altitude or distance calculation. The example angles do not locate the user or establish a WGS84 reference.
Define the sign.
Positive DD means north or east. In DMS, enter nonnegative components and select N/S or E/W explicitly.
Separate rounding.
Displayed seconds can carry into minutes and degrees. The exact canonical angle stays unchanged during format-only switches.
Keep the provenance.
Local text and CSV include exact rational degrees and the original sign or hemisphere entry, alongside rounded output.
